Implementing HIIT workouts for weight loss is in vogue today, mainly because amazing results have been attained through this mode of burning fat. In simple words, interval training is a workout concept in which you vary the intensity of workout and usually combine a low intensity workout with a high intensity workout. Total workout session should be somewhere around 5-6 minutes and you should not use a particular machine which targets a particular set of muscles.
